Launch Edition · Independent coverage of XR, VR, spatial computing and immersive industry
ABOUT XR REVIEW

Covering what XR becomes next.

XR Review is an independent editorial project focused on virtual reality, mixed reality, spatial computing and the industries turning immersive technology into useful tools.

What we cover

We cover the technologies behind immersive computing and, just as importantly, what happens when those technologies leave the demo floor. Our core beats include enterprise XR, VR training, spatial hardware, AI-assisted development and the Australian immersive-technology ecosystem.

Editorial standards

News coverage should distinguish sourced fact from analysis. Product and platform stories link to primary sources where possible. Opinion and analysis are labelled by context, and commercial relationships that could reasonably affect a reader’s interpretation are disclosed.

Launch archive

XR Review launched in August 2026. Dates on the initial launch archive represent editorial preparation dates used to organise the publication’s early coverage.

Design

The site uses modern editorial principles—strong typographic hierarchy, scannable story cards, prominent photography and disciplined rules—while maintaining its own identity and layout.

* XR Review is managed by Oculum Trust. Editorial content is produced under the XR Review editorial team and its published bylines.
